This quality catering in a former barn offers a 120 sqm on one level, to accommodate 6 people (8 maximum) and features a low temperature water floor heating (energy source: geothermal).
Double south and north exposure, including:
- A large living room (47 m²) with kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 3 people (160 x 190 cm)
- Two rooms of 22 m² and 23 m² with flexible sleeping for each:
3 single beds (90 x 200 cm) or 1 double bed (180 x 200) and 1 single bed 90 x 200 as needed - En suite bathrooms (shower and bath), 3 toilets (2 separate)

Tennis envy (tennis available to 200 m), to walks to cycling / mountain biking or walks , swimming in the river, water skiing, hiking ...? So many activities to romp and play as we like.
